SPECIAL AND/OR SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS
Our website and/or service does not have the intention to collect data about visitors of this website under the age of 16 years, unless they have permission from their parent or guardian. However there is no way for us to check if a visitor is older than 16 years. We advise parents and guardians to be actively involved with the online activities of their children to prevent personal data about these children to be collected without parental approval. HOW LONG WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The Authentication in Art Foundation stores your personal data for no longer than the purposes of the data processing requires. For a period of 2 years we store your full personal data, such as personal details, address, contact details and bank account and other data provided by you. After 2 years of inactivity the personal data is deleted. In accordance with the law we store administrative data for a period of 7 years.
SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES
Under no circumstance does the Authentication in Art Foundation sell your personal data to a third party. We won’t share your personal data except when needed to complete a contract with you or to comply with the law.
You are personally responsible/liable for personal data shared with third parties by your request, we will only process this specific personal data for the purposes for which we originally acquired this personal data.

To ensure that you are the person making the request, we require that you send along a copy of your identity document. When sending us your identity document, please ensure that your photograph, social security number and Machine Readable Zone are clearly visible. We need your identity document to protect your privacy. Within four weeks of receipt we will respond to your request.
